Topic: POW Week 85: Female (Page 1 of 1)

Yup, female.. Used in the broadest sense. (Ouch, no punn intended.) Could be anything from an electrical outlet to a nun.


Rules:
1. Photo needs to go along with the subject in some way.
2. Use thumbnails for photos without any dimension larger than 450 px or over 40 kb.
3. Post as many as you want.
4. At the end of the week the person who chose the topic will pick someone to choose the next topic. This isn't a "winner", just someone who gets to suggest the next topic.
5. Sigs must be cool.

I live on the West coast of Vancoouver Island... I'm familiar with those skies.... they'er a brewin' as we speak. A good day to be inside with Cappy Morgan. =)

I'll give this another day or so before choosing the next topic starter. In the meantime, here's my contribution. It was my first time shooting a model, and a lot of fun.

Yeah, I spent last spring semester studying in Italy.

Before anyone asks, no I don't speak Italian. . . except for ordering pizza. I'm good at that.

I wasn't in Florence. I was in a small town south of Florence called Castiglion Fiorentino.

Architecture and architectural (and art) history mostly. It was nice, but living there made me appreciate life here in Texas.

It's really too bad I missed the churches thread. I've got a hundred pictures of those.

SPyX, where in Florence did you take that photo from?

I couldn't tell you EXACTLY, but that statue is a grave marker outside of an old church on a hill just outside of Florence. I'll see if I can find the name of the church. . . it had a bunch of steps out front.

Cool. I took a photo of Florence from the Piazzale Michelangelo. It was a bit to the right of where you took that photo.
