Hey....for some reason FF has been giving me an error. No matter what website I go to, every once in a while this box will pop up

So I know it's not just one site because it can do it from others. Could it be a FF extension? I have the same ones loaded at home and no problems.

Thanks in advance!

Might be an extension. Are you running anything like greasemonkey?

I normally see this error when I have a logic error in my JS that creates an infinate loop (or infinate recursion).

I am not sure than an extension would cause this, I have not seen this behavior caused by any extensions that I have used. It might be useful to uninstall all of your extension and see if this behavior continues, then do the install one at a time until you identify the problem.

Do you have any custom scripts that run? Maybe something that is caused by a specific element? or maybe even an element classname or id?

Is there an observable repeatable pattern to the errors?

If this continues you always have the option of uninstalling and then clean installing firefox. You might want to export your bookmarks, but I would blow away all of your firefox profile data saved in your home directory.

Well, I did backup the bookmarks and such and am going to delete the profile and uninstall - reinstall FF and see what happens. Install the extensions one at a time.

I don't have any custom scripts running. Well...come to think of it....I do have kuckus' custom Asylum script running. However, I am not sure how he said to add it so I can delete it. I think it was kuckus...

No repeateable pattern at all. Makes no difference what site I'm on or anything. I can be away from my computer for a couple of hours and come back and there it is.
