Interesting it's pretty much like those little sticker holograms I guess. Cant' really figure out a use except for a car though. I also wonder if it works regularly if both sides are the same.

For a vehicle you could have a shared center screen with data presented to the driver and entertainment presented to passenger. Marketing rolls would be another possible use. Maybe multiperson monitors with two angled positions.

Last time I saw such a system ( 4 years ago), they used it for pseudo-stero look... meaning you moved around the room and it looked like there actually was a 3 dimensional object (that jumped from view to view, though ) within the screen... had like 6 images, and I don't recall wether it was LCD or not.
