Yep... ' bandwidth exceeded' for me too. I culled it from fark I think it was (not sure)... so give it a day or 2 then try again.

The 'cosmo' in the name is the give away... time lapse photograhy, much of it the night sky, edited and then dropped down to animated gif's....and it is just very very cool.
