Datura aka Brugmansia

A quite deadly hallucinogen. Usually smoked. Can induce coma.

Just last week a young fella in this area died...after smoking a bunch....and about 8 years ago there was quite a run....with something like 15 cases of everything from death to coma/brain injury.

We have some growing in the front garden. The seed head is similar to a horse chestnut 'conker' before it looses its spiney flesh.

Beautiful ...but deadly. Go for the shrooms. =)

ah...very interesting. I guess these that I took the picture of just haven't opened up? There were 2 bushes of them. The pink ones and some yellow ones.
