Topic: Help in Photoshop needed please (Page 1 of 1)

Hi guys, I am very new to photoshop and have been doing a number of tutorials from the net which I really enjoy. I have found a lot of useful information. I am trying to do a background for a website and it needs to be a type of cage design. Like the ones used in cage fighting, ufc etc. I have no idea how to start doing this at all. I hope someone can help me.

Best way for this type of thing -

1 - get a photo of the object in question

2 - either use the photo directly, or use the pen tool to trace the elements you want

3 - crop the portion you want to use, use filters >> other >> offset, and adjust to make it tile.

Thanks for your reply. Have you got any idea of a tutorial I could use to do this?
