That means you've overlapped your eye's views too far. As stereograms go, this one takes very little overlap.

If it's inverted, you crossed your eyes rather than diverged them. (It might have made sense to make crossing your eyes an option.)

It could be cool except that the controls suck. Pressing down sends the piece to the bottom and doesn't let you take control back when it's at the height you want it.

I dunno, I played around with it for a few minutes, that has to mean it's slightly cool. Of course I always have liked showing off how easily I can do stereograms.

I can't ever see stereograms unless they're framed behind glass. Then I stare at my reflection and the image just pops out. Otherwise I can't see them at all.
