hi

i am looking for a JS-based WYSIWYG editor for example like http://www.fckeditor.net/

since there are a lot of them out there and i dont wanna try them all out i am asking you:
do you guys have experience with a specific one? can you recommend one? thanks!

my main criteria is cross browser compatibility. text-editing features are not so important.

You should check TinyMCE. It really is cross browser and the markup it generates looks ok

i've used TinyMCE a few times. it has a few minor bugs, but in general it does a nice job.

Hey, that looks pretty cool. It looks like if someone has javascript disabled they could submit any form of html/php they want though... would adding

code:
<noscript>
<input type="hidden" name="noscript" value="true" />
</noscript>

and then stripping the code via php be a safe way around that? I'm mean, is <noscript> safe, or is it something that can be worked around pretty easily by someone who knows what they're doing?
