im making a pixel art "movie" and I want to keep it in .gif

i want to make it easier and just animate one scene at a time instead of trying to keep track of everything in one psd in photoshop... does anyone know of a way to marge together multiple aniamtions into one long animation?

I don't know if there's a tool to do that so here is what I'd do:

In Image Ready, export the animated GIF into Photoshop with each frame in a separate layer. Create an action to build a long stripe with all the frames.
Repeat that with all the GIF/scenes, merge the stripes together then import the biiiiig stripe in IR, create a second frame where you scroll the stripe to reveal the last frame. Tween the animation to add as many frames you need, finally Crop the image to only show one frame.

Sorry, took me over six minutes to find two little GIF animations and test it (and continue being active on IRC, too, of course), apparently.
