There is a bug that I need to get squished. I found the bug in my my second example (see link in first post). On an official Rubik's Cube, green never neighbors blue on any block. In the example, you can clearly see that there is a block with both blue and green on it.

Also, I need to make a cache for faster loading of specified combinations. If I made it for the random combinations, the cache would get full of cubes that will never be used again.

I fixed the bug (stupid miscalculation), a few minor things, and added caching. Now it works better!
