Spider pig, spider pig... I wonder where the spider pig is

I looked... and I looked some more... but I don't know where Homer's spider pig went

Probably went to the same place the claims that it would be all 2D went.

without spoiling me, how was the movie? is it worth spending 7? ?

Some friends told me yesterday that the jokes are much more visual than in the serie and the moments they found the most funny were apparently all in the trailers.

7E wow, here all the prices are crazy a place for a movie is 10 to 12.5E

Mas, it depends a bit on how hard it is for you to get the 7 Euro

I really enjoyed it but my wife and another female friend said "yeah, it was OK, but..."

Because it is not, and never could be, exactly current, the jokes were not as "sharp?"as the cartoon version... but if the cost won't require you to starve, I'd go

Especially if there's some little kids in the audience, you'll crack up! A little kid behind us had ta get her mother ta read out the occassional subtitle 'cus she was too little... has even more impact

well yeah, i'm really planning to give it a shot but i'm afraid that the movie is as exaggerated as the latest cartoon series...
i've always loved the simpsons, but the past 2 simpsons-years were disgusting for me. the jokes were just not that sharp anymore

alright, just came back from the movie. since they show the original english version AND the german version here in austria, i of course went to see the english one.
i personally really enjoyed the jokes. they were well placed and pretty funny. what I didnt like was (as expected) the exaggerated scenes of the movie - especially the ending (the motorcycle stuff - that was absolutely not necessary imho). the simpsons always did well without computer animated action.
however, all in all i liked the movie. i went to the cinema to laugh, and thats what i did. definitely!

After featuring prominently, he just seemed to disappear!!

I saw it opening night and thought it was fantastic. Maybe I'll go back and see it a second time.

yeah, i was wondering about that too...strange.
i also think that there was way too little of Mr. Burns. He always served us well as the 'miscreant', i really would have preferred him in the role of this schwarzenegger assistant.

This is true, but also, did you notice that nothing is done about the lake to solve the original plot? This is what surprised me most...

Apart from that, if you go for the laugh, I totally recommend it!
