Nowadays, although I keep cockyness as a form of humor, for managing conflict I try the following approach :
- state boundaries and acceptance threshold very early on
- restate stronger if boundaries are still crossed
- if escalation happens, avoid the other party altogether - and completely. No tantrums, no convincing,
no wasted energy.

Conflict happens and is useful, but I am able to restrict much of the nasty consequences
nowadays - among learnt skills, because assertiveness simply is a skill.

So it's one anyone can learn, and there goes my two cents of advice for today.

I do Am on "training mode" until the end of my contract and sitting by the comp most of the time developing
my stuff for selling it - so some 12 hours a day, I am on a private internet connection
Feel free to hire me and put the burden of a proxy'ed connection on me though.

PLUS I type very fast, so ok for the "stop spamming", but get things moving for bacon's sake, go play, fiddle, post,
and entertain me - *grabs popcorn and stops spamming*.
