Hello everyone,

I thought I would share my little project that I started to work on the other night. It is a spinning 3D cube with shading that is controlled by the keyboard.
This was my first attempt at something major with canvas. I have done some simple bar chart stuff in the past, but nothing in 3D.

I had to break out the old geometry books to remember my sines and cosines. It took me 5 hours to get the equations right! I used to like math! I ended up with missing sides or shading that was backwards. I lost some hair with that!

I plan on turning it into a game where you need to stop the "space ship" from spinnging out control under a certain amount of times/moves. I doubt I can get that under 32 lines without killing performance!

Cubes can be fun ^^

Maybe this can be of some help.

I was thinking about trying to do something like that. I am going to try hard not to sneak a peek at your code.
