hi

Here is my Situation:
I use thunderbird for my university e-mail. And i use Thunderbird kallendar for my study-timetable. Often i get emails about canceled courses or changed dates. These emails all come from the saim e-mail adress.

What i was thinking of:
Everytime i get a mail from the university a script looks for either "Canceled" or
"Changed" and automaticly makes the changes to my callendar.

-anyone know if something like this already has been done or how one would start on doing something like this?

sorry, I don't know how to do it exactly but, when you say "Thunderbird kallendar" are you talking about Lightning?

You might have a look at this for some help.

Sounds like an interesting project that you could post on mozilla addons once done though
