Several years ago, I signed up with 1&1 when they offered their professional package for free for 3 years, however, the uptime hasn't been the greatest (though not too bad), and the speed has been fairly slow, especially the last couple years or so. |

I've been using LunarPages for several months without any problems. A server migration did not cause the slightest issue. Previous host, Webserve.ca was a nightmare. |

I have used Liquidweb for 5+ years and never been disappointed. The CS that they offer is un-heard of and always available. |

I use OCS Solutions and couldn't be happier, I currently pay something like $6. |

ok, it's actually $6.95 a month, it's their most limited service according to their hosting page, but this still offers me Ruby on Rails support, email, and a Subversion server. |
