hello,

i am looking for a way to highlight any non-transparent pixels on a layer. even if the transparency is only 1% (which is not noticeable with the human eye) it should be highlighted in a opaque color.

i am cropping several persons out of backgrounds in photos and i often forget to clean certain areas fully, which results in these areas having pixels with low transparency.

thanks!

I normally solve this by adding an outline layer effect to see if there's any misplaced pixels. They should show up in bright red by default

I usually load it as a selection with ctrl + click, save in an Alpha channel, and use Threshhold or Levels. Bit longer winded, but that's how I roll sometimes. I'm weird like that, especially since I have done the Outline thing like spytech said. This is even weirderer because I have a bind to add Outline 1 px bright red. I would rather Channel palette hax instead of hitting a key. Go figure.
