I bought an animated intro that has a stremvideo embedded inside the fla file, I need to change the color of the background inside the video. Is there a way to edit this embedded videos, and how. I looked online but cant find anything relevant. plss help

There are various utilities available to "decompile" SWF files. If it's the entire background you're after, you can probably get away with setting it via param.

but it is inside the fla file, how do i export it to decompile it, if it try decompiling the swf, it just gives me the same thing, a fla with a streamvideo embeded in it

if you go to the library window, there are a few embedded videos (streamvideos) those are videos inside the fla file that hae their own background. I know how to change the document background but do not know how to edit those embedded videos.

If the color you're talking about is actually part of the video, there's going to be very little you can do without a ridiculous amount of work.
