Hi all,

When I am working in Photoshop CS4 and I open the color picker "Only Web Colors" checkbox is always checked by default. How do I change this to be unchecked always?

Not completely sure but I think it has to do with the work space setting which you can find under Window/workspace/Web. Uncheck and see if that works.

Also under Edit there's Color Setting and the first CYMK setting may have something to do with it. But I'm betting on the work space.

I thhink this will get you closer http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Photoshop/11.0/WS05CB8B26-F844-432a-B303-DC8B4E10B223a.html

Once you're unchecked the box and closed it, does it go back to "Web Safe" mode again, straight away or when you restart?
How about re-setting the dialogue box and then going to Workspace>Save workspace?
Have you tried resetting the preferences?

Oh yeah check what your Colour Settings are. I have mine set to Adobe RGB 1998 with the profile mismatches check boxes (3) checked.
