Topic: Question for Photoshop Design (Page 1 of 1)

Hello,
So I'm trying to figure out how to make a certain design, and it's driving me insane. So what I'm trying to do, is first I make a shape, let's say a circle, and I want to hollow out the circle so that the edge is the only part of the image. How would I achieve that? I've tried using another circle, but I guess I'm just doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
