Can you make a graphic/web page for me?

There is one thing you can rely on when asking this question and that will be that someone will tell you (in no uncertain terms) that we'd rather you made an attempt at it and posted the results in the appropriate forum and then we can give you feedback and advice.

However, if you are offering money or a trade; or the project is interesting; or an inmate is so bored they were contemplating pulling their fingernails out for fun then someone might offer to do it for you but see the first paragraph before even thinking of going down this road.
