Preload - slow website help!

I have quite a few images. I preload all the pages images on the first index.html page. It is still very slow. Could someone please peek at it and the source and guide me. www.reynoldsbaptistchurch.org.

Erm, this place is not actually to ask questions (thats whats the asylum (teh forum) is for), but rather post frquently asked questions with their respective answer/solution
