Creator Control

The creator of a (cell?) should have full control over the subtopics, just delete without having to vote or anything.
Also, Do you think you could allow simple HTML codes?
say <b> <i> <u> <font> style="" attribute etc...?

I don't think that is a very good idea - if I create a node (like the JavaScript one) then this would give me full control over everything below it which would be undesirable and could (pos. after a few accidents) lead to people posting less often in here.

You can use some UBB for basic formatting allowing HTML would cause all sorts of problems (as various people have demonstrated).
