Good Lord what is wrong with people recently - there seems to be a shocking lack of people getting to the point!!

Right my guess is that RazorX is in Texas and was wondering if (inspired I'm sure by krets - the Asylum's Phillius Fogg) you Texans could all meet up.

Now lets talk about going to visit Hugh!!

I'm going to assume Emps meant Phineas Fogg, which would lead me to believe that he is referring to the protagonist of Jules Verne's "Around the World in 80 Days," thus implying that krets is an accomplished world traveler. Either that or he is an anal retentive chap who makes outrageous wagers. Not sure which.

[edit: Skaarjj, you fiend! You snuck that in while I was typing my witty and slightly sarcastic response. Aaaargghh!]

Suho1004: Well spotted - at least Skaarjj knew what I was talking about (although I'm still unsure if that is any consolation ).

I just did a check to see if there were any other people out there like me and as well as finding the answer to be yes:
http://www.google.com/search?q=Phillius+Fogg

I also found this:

Phileas Fogg - 11,200 results

Phineas Fogg - 766 results

So...............

Emps: Interesting... I was sure it was Phineas. After examining some of the results from Google ("Around the world in 80 days" + Phineas / "Around the world in 80 days" + Phileas), it appears that Phineas may have been the name of the character in the movie version, while Phileas may have been the original name in the novel. It's been so long since I've read the book that I'll be darned if I can remember which is which. I could dig further to find out the truth, but I'm just not sufficiently motivated.

At any rate, it's definitely not Phillius...

I was up till 1:00 AM in the morning searching out streets with big hills to slide down in my rubermaid storage bin(Yeah that sounds kinda wierd, but it was fun). Ive only lived here five years, but ive never scene so much ice on the ground.

On that note, did anyone else ever get bothered when it was revealed that your character was the one who committed the murder? Or was it just me?

And then there is always the logical contradiction of discovering that your character is the murderer, yet you have to reveal yourself to win the game. Wouldn't it be much more interesting if, once you found out that you were the murderer, you had to go around and make sure you were never discovered?

No, the really shitty bit about having your character commit the murder is when everyone calls you to that same frigin room over and fucking over again just to make sure they got the right frigin character.

Not that I got bitter about it or anything.

Wowzers did it again. You cant go sliding down streets in plastic bins without the thread exploding again. But yes, I live in Texas and was wondering if anyone wanted to get together some time or something of the sorts. I live in Grapevine, which Im sure anyone in Texas knows where it is. Unfortunately TX is huge, so as far as me being there is concerned there would have to be some people in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Oh, and yeah I do thrive on mystery. I thought yall would get the idea when I said I stole krets thread idea, but I hope this makes things clear, peace.
