You are either going to think this is cool or deeply sad but it shows various sci-fi starships all drawn to scale:
http://mirror.wolffelaar.nl/zardalu.sytes.net/

Its very nicely done and you can drag the ships around to compare them - I think I'm going straight to nerd Hell for liking this one

Okay, so according to the "real buildings" portion of the page down at the bottom... Godzilla is 100m and King King is only 12.5m but in King Kong vs. Godzilla they are nearly the same size when they fight.

Dammit... I guess I'll meet you there Emps.

MB: Well we are going to have to go with the classic King Kong and not any Japanese mutant Kong whos origin isn't so clear (but if it can make lizards and moths huge then if it had mutated the actual King Kong then he'd be really really big so I assume it must be a mutated ape rather than the original).

That's easy for you to say Suho...

Your the one that gets to hook electrodes to peoples nipples. If that ain't heaven I don't know what is.

That's just cool. I just don't know what to say... I mean... that had to take a long time to do... It's a shame I didn't think of it first.

Hey Emps I'm sure you'd get them hooked to your nipples too.....

If you'd stop wandering the halls with your pants off.

Ooh, that site is so bookmarked.

Thanks for the link.

And wait till I get my hands on Suho. He never told me nipples were an option...

Whoa, whoa, hold up there, fellas. Before things get out of hand, I'd like to make a few things clear. Nipples aren't exactly an option so to speak, but I do make allowances for certain inmates who prefer to have the electrodes attached to... ahem... other parts of their bodies. Now, silence, I'd be willing to accommodate you if that's what you really want.

Yannah: How disappointing. And here I thought you were referring to the layout of my ECT equipment.

Excellent...

It needs more work on the Feng Shui aspects I'm afraid - don't have the restraining table pointing at the door for starters (thats more health and safety though in case an inmate shoots off down the corridor).

Actually, the layout is the one thing I hate. Just a lot of ships on a page with the descriptions placed somewhere nearby, which often tend to run together visually.

And I think I've figured out the pattern for which ships are on which page, but if I want to find a particular ship, I just have to go looking.

Needs a way to choose certain ships and have them generated on a page together for direct comparison.

Very cool concept, though.

Wes: Yeah - it is often too wide and too long and needs to be run off a database but I still like it
