Just downloaded litestep and my first impressions are pretty good. Anyone else here use it? Got any tweaks or themes I should know about?

I'd been using it a couple years ago... then switched to darkstep for a while (mostly because of the unfriendlyness in the ls community back then... and fahim (coder of darkstep) is a nice guy.)

even wrote my very own 'lens' module for it once...

alas, I'm in no way up to date. sorry.

I personally am not very fond of LS. I prefer myself Windows Power Pro (www.windowspowerpro.com), i find it more useful, and customizable.

Note: If you ever plan to use it, take in consideration it aint newbie user friendly. It takes some time until you actually realize how the thing works and actually do anything. But once you get the hang of it, I can tell you you will find it very useful.

I do, and have been for about four or five months now. There's a lot of crazy ways people customize their stuff, and some of the themes are rather impressive. However, all of the ones I've downloaded require at least some minor coding tweaking, and I'm not talented enough to figure out what, so I stick with simplicity.

And I'm actually able to keep it up and running for roughly 2 or 3 days in a row before a reboot... win98 has never been so stable. How goofy, eh?
