Hi, guys.
May I ask one more question, please?
I am with my friend at tech.
He asked me this.
Here is a senario.

He is studying very hard. He saved a lot of file. He tries to be consistent to give file names stuff. But problem is that he doesn't like the file order which is shown in the window. For example, there are files called 1.doc, 2.doc, 3, doc .....10.doc and 11.doc, 12.doc etc. Oh, actually he is using MS Word. When he opens file, he clicks open icon on the menu bar. Then window pops up which shows all his files. But that file order is not sequestial like he wanted. It always shows us like 1.doc 11.doc, 2.doc, 3.doc....10.doc.

Why does this happen??? And how to solve this problem??? Would you know something about this???

Use double digits for all files.

"01.doc," "02.doc" etc.

When (if) you get into triple digits, adjust accordingly.

This happens because your computer is filing them in alphabetical (alphanumeric) order, so, when it sees a "1," it will place it at the begginning of the line. When it sees a 2, it places is second. 3's go third, etcetera. If you name a file "11," it will place it in the "1's" category, since it's first digit is a "1." You can fix this by using 2 or 3 digits (001, 002, 003, 004 etcetera).
