did anyone else (in the u.s.) see that on tv last night?! yikes!
i can't remember what all was on the list as they didn't show all 101 things....just the good ones, a javelin through the head, boat anchor in the head, chunks of metal in the neck, rebar through the head, one of those ice axes in someones leg (not just the sharp bit...the handle and everything!), wood in the neck, drug mules that had blocks of drugs hidden inside their legs and even a robber who'd stuck a diamond necklace up his....bum.
my favorite was the man that had been carrying his dead twin around for the last 36 years in his abdomen.
it was all quite nasty and not for the squeamish.

Here's a bit about it on CNN.

ouch --- show of pain.... PAIN! But the body can live though some extraordinary things. My own mom lived 6 days with appendicitis, (that is where your appendix bursts.) Normally a person dies within two days. She is still alive and doing well.

Yeah, I watched it. There weren't actually 101 things, and they even mentioned some things twice - like marbles. I also don't think it's odd to find a tumor in someone's body either.

Just another one of FOX's attempts at their crazy shows.

I liked the bug special before 101 things.

eeww...but it wasn't *just* a tumor
i obviously didn't notice if they mentioned things twice....though it wouldn't suprise me.
the bug show creeped me right out!! ick!

as for fox... well fox sucks and i generally don't watch anything on it. but they hooked me in last night hehe

wolfen: it is quite extraordinary what the human body can endure... that's good that your ma is well too!!
