was given a job on testing a rather complex website structure (not too complex, though=)


what i would like you all to tell me is.
what is your protocol, advice and tools to use? free and/or easy to get tools, preferably.

browsercam but not sure if its for complex websites. Tests page by page.

Drop the guys at Independent-Testers.org a line and see if they have any tips (they also tend to hand out at the forums over at Stickysauce.com so you could drop a note in there too).

Make sure you drop any good resources you find back in here

That link goes to the webmaster's tools lecture notes that has some hints on tools that allow, for instance, checking links in a whole website, etc... I thought this could be of some help. But anyone can browse around that site and see if any of the other lecture notes can be more useful.
