Just a question. I think I have a virus on my computer, but its running linux. It might be Code Red or Nimba, Do those viruses affect linux, or only Windows NT and 2000??

No, those viruses rely on specific problems in the Windows web server software, IIS.

Why do you think your server has a virus?

My box runs linux, so no worries, I'll just virus scan all my Windows computers. Norton finds Nimda and erases it right?

well, they don't infect it,

but they are affecting it... I'm getting pretty annoyed by all those scans they infected machines do to find other, infectable machines... which of course hit a linux webserver as well.
