So can you help me out here? I'm listening to this radio station and after quite some time this message pops up. If I'm already listening what's the problem? My lack of "Kernel" knowledge???

quote:

NT Kernel System is being connected by the remote machine wms1.moontaxi.net[216.187.69.248] using local port 445{CIFS - Common Internet File System}. Do you want this program to accss the newwork?

I clicked 'no' and still everything's just fine. [CONFUSED]

Can someone give me a basic idea and point me to some 'reasonable' detail?
thnx

A remote computer that is not registered as part of the network you belong to is trying to access the processing core of your NT system. Unless you know who it is, I wouldn't allow it. It could possibly be one of several registered viruses, or something brand-new. Either way...don't allow that connection until you find out what it is.

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.
