One of my friends has one. He and his roomates play with it a lot when they get drunk. It actually works well, but it is a lil' flimsy.

a good friend of mine in an apartment next door has two that we play with. the dognow cowers at the sound of crinkling plastic

they're pretty cool, not sure what kinda results you could get doing it yourself but you can definitely feel a cool little burst of air from 20 feet away.

Sorry guys, tried it today in the Gadget Shop here in the UK for only £5, and found it to be piece of crap.
