Topic awaiting preservation: Missing images (Page 1 of 1)

I have a JSP that uses the same 5 small images hundreds of times. The page refreshes itself every 30 seconds. The first time I see the page - all images appear . But after the first refresh all dissapear (I see the browser's default image instead). If I make 'show picture' on one of them, it is fixed, but no change with the others.
How can I solve that problem?

I'm guessing this only happens in IE right?

I dunno what it is, but if you have an image repeated more than once on your page then sometimes IE has trouble displaying it. Normally when a site is online it works ok, I think it may be something to do with the way IE caches images. It shouldn't be a problem for visitors tho so don't worry too much, maybe try visiting your site from a range of computers to reassure yourself of this.
