Hi:

the window that pops up doesn't always load with scroll bars, and when that happens, some users can't scrolldown to see the rest of the help text... which is a somewhat serious issue for the eternally lost.

Ever thought of what happens if someone has one of those annoying pop-up blockers?

Yes?

Dynamic drive put a script up that gives an inline popup, but the box was not good looking. So, out comes my toolbox, add a bit of NOX, and:
www.cornerstonechurches.org.uk

and click the search help button. It will only drag slowly!! And it has problems with other layers in my code, which I'm fixing right now, but it looks cool.

Especially coz it stays on top! Ideal for help pop-ups!
