help, whenever i click on a button to go somewhere else in my site, then hit the back button, the original button is still depressed, (and with a blue line around it in IE). i'd love to know how to fix this so the original page's button state is normal, (like when you first visit the site). if i'm not making any sense, try it out: http://www.800herbdoc.com/abp.html
any help would be super.

loubhc: Works fine for me but I can see some setups might hav problems - you want to remove the focus onclick. Hold on.......

[edit: Right see this FAQ for further resources:

cool, thanks a lot. i tried a few of the suggestions that i saw and finally came up with a solution that works for me. i used one of the global scripts to get rid of the annoying blue line, then just copied the onmouseout event and changed it to onclick and the button doesn't stay depressed anymore, either....a bit cumbersome, but all the other global ideas, (i tried a couple by mr. max, you, i think)... didn't help that aspect of my problem. i'm happy, but still open to any other ideas. thanks again.

On the lighter side of things, I hope I don't get any links to that site showing up in my inbox .. I get enough of that spam as it is.
