Hey guys! Still doing various tutorials, and i've learned a GREAT DEAL.
I wanted to know how some of these effects were done, on this particular GIF. http://atlas.imagemagician.com/images/the_l/huny_does_lungz.gif

Those small glowing words, they appear to be words, don't they?
I would have already looked for a tutorial on those, but I don't know what to call them.
Those "lines" that come down, those are tv scan lines right?

Try looking for techno-whore ... they're pretty typical of the lettering in that style ... but they're only strings of words probably overlayed a few times with blurred layers using colour burn or dodge and then finqally shrunk down to a miniscule size.

It's a bit old-hat nowadays.

The L, yes those are TV scanlines, also known as interlacing.
