I wanted to know how some of these effects were done, on this particular GIF. http://atlas.imagemagician.com/images/the_l/huny_does_lungz.gif Those small glowing words, they appear to be words, don't they? I would have already looked for a tutorial on those, but I don't know what to call them. Those "lines" that come down, those are tv scan lines right?
