I was going through the technique/tutorial of creating clouds using Steven Stalhberg's Cloud tutorial. In this image I've layed out the shape of the clouds as the tutorial suggested (well tried to). I'm having trouble creating the highlights for the top part of the clouds. I've also provided the PSD File at this address http://www32.brinkster.com/2excel/Clouds.psd and below is the part taken from the tutorial I'm struggling with if anyone could do this and then provide the PSD file I'll be grateful.

The orignal tutorial here

One thing you'll want to do is start bigger than your final image. Notice how in his final picture on the left the picture is large and the highlights are clearly just squiggles? Then on the right when he resizes the squiggles become nice highlights. Give that a shot.

Also, play with the opacity of your brushes a bit so you don't have such a harsh transition between the light and dark colors.
