I'm a professional photographer and I have a little problem. One of the models I use for portraits have a stick of red-tone-skin. I would like to know how to remove the stick of red to make it look more like "natural-skin". I know that this van be done, but I don't know how. Please help me out.

*scratches head*

Huh? A stick of red tone skin? Can we get a photo of that one?

Is it a large spot? How much redder is it than the rest of the skin?

Probably what I'd do depending on the size is either use the heal tool to fix the reddish color or try selecting the area and using Hue/Saturation or the channel mixer on it.

Kinda tough to tell without seeing it.

We definitely need a picture of what you are talking about in order to assist you with this.

Definately would be helpful to see an example.

Basically though, the first thing I'd try is to mask the 'red' area and make a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer - adjust the color to match the normal skin tone.

Possibly do a digital skin graft from a part of her that is correct...

And of course there's always the good old paint brush if need be...

Using the cloning stamp may work alos. Like I said, we really need to see an image to give you more than vague "try this, try that" responses.
