Run the setup. When it asks for a destination directory, enter your photoshop plugins directory.
(c:\program files\adobe\photoshop 7.0\plug-ins\ <-- Is the default for 7.x I believe) If you are using a different version, just root around, I'm sure you can find it.

After the install is done, simply run PS and look in your plugins menu.

On another note, check out the layer styles, you can accomplish many of the same effects that EC4K offers, only they aren't permanent and in many cases appear much cleaner.

Hope this helps,

Ramasax

1. Remove the CD from the case.

2. set it data-side-up on your desk.

3. Use it to rest your drink on.

4. Learn how to use Photoshop instead of learning to use eye candy =)

(you'll be better off)

I just looked back through a huge pile or redundant crap in my office, and found it ... to install eye candy properly, open the manual, tourn to the page "Getting Started" and follow the instructions.

Point taken about the eye candy thing - I'm not a graphic artist I'm web designer, I just though it may be handy,

Thanks for setting me straight I won't bother with it,

That's, um? Funny??

No, that's not the right word. Perhaps the right word is scary, no, terrifying?

Yes, it's terrifying that someone can claim they design for a highly visual and interactive medium yet know nothing about the graphic arts.

With people like this around it?s no surprise the term "web designer" has about as much credibility as the mold currently growing in the back of my fridge.

Hola Suho, indeed its been a while. Just been lurking mostly, that real-life crap kinda gets in the way.
And no one closed the door after I left, so I figured I could just waltz on in like I owned the place or something
