I applied it to a table (left, Menu) and it didnt' work it's not stretching all the way. I went to Dreamweaver and started editing it and still nothing, it's only taking px...

You need to set the height of the parent td to 100% as well.

Hi,
problem with 100% height is that it's not valid html and not totally supported in browsers......and it only works sometimes....and then only in IE
