Hi, guys. How are you?
Well, here is my senario.
I am in library now. IE5 and O/S is windows NT.
I can see web site normally no problem.
What I am talking about is flash swf file. I often right click on the image or moving animation staff to see if it is made of flash or not. So I am sure I can see flash swf file on my computer.
But a friend of mine said that he couldn't see his web site embeding flash swf file. Here is code:

code:
<BODY bgcolor="#FFFFFF" class="unnamed1">
<font size="5">
<!-- URL's used in the movie-->
<!-- text used in the movie-->
<!--The InternetYouYpur ISPWeb hostClient-->
</font>

<p> <font size="5">

<embed src="2.swf" width="900" height="500">
</embed>

</p>

<h1>CONTENT</h1>

Of course this is part of it. When I opened html file using IE5, just doesn't work. I mean browser works very very slow to show it. Then jsut freeze.
Would you see anything wrong or any suggestion??

I am very suspisious about his swf file itself. I will check it later though.

Cya.

I can't help you much, as I am not that familiar with Flash itself, but...

Have you omitted any of the code in your example? The <embed> tag seems so be pretty empty. In my experience with Flash, there should be a lot more markup. Perhaps you aren't using the <embed> tag properly.

Or you can try using the "Publish HTML" feature in Flash itself and copy the code from the generated HTML into your page. I can't really vouch for the cross-platform compatibility of the markup generated by Flash, though, so you'll have to experiment with the HTML.
