Most of the entries this month were stellar and well thought out. So the highlights for me have been these: Lacuna's Asylum Sneaker is a classic. This is some good work, nice setup, and a great step (wow a pun I didn't intend). DL knows my opinion of his work, so that's unecessary here. This one's just great for it's sheer cartoon feel and departure from a pushed reality. Me likey. Imaginative. Now if I was a Trek fan, I'd be all over it...heh. In all honesty this is great work, it just needed a bit more personal work than a stor trooper I think. I love TRON. I love lightcycles. I love good animation. Well done. Now if it had the polygon, flat-3D feel of the originals and the geometric efficiencies, I'd be all giggly Nice work. And for those keeping track...The Winner Is Axle...despite the psychotic travails of your real life becoming intertwined and insidious in the Asylum, this was a great idea, good execution, and deep creativity. It's all about the bounce. Take it away, kids.

The overall impact of the sig is very nice, and has a very nostalgic feeling. It was one of my top choices as well.
