The problem APPEARS to be outside of our facility, and MAY be related to the blackout problem in the eastern U.S. The blackout may be causing Internet infrastructure issues that are causing intermittent connectivity to our servers. We're asking that our customers please be patient, as we're working very hard to determine the problem and get things resolved. Thanks....

Well, our UPS units last long enough for the generators to kick in, which can run as long as their is fuel for them (weeks).
