I don't see anything glaringly wrong. However...

I'm not sure how sophisticated spambots are getting, but certain search engine robots already follow and execute cgi script links. That could be a problem. It also seems needlessly complex with the opening a second browser window before going to e-mail. That could confuse n00bs. And personally, I like a bit more flexibility in the link display. On the plus side, you don't need to rely on the visitor having javascript enabled, (see below.)

I've been using the Hivelogic Email Address Encoder and am quite pleased with it. I'm sure it won't be long before the spambots read numeric character entities to decode the address as given in the cut-and-paste javascript Hivelogic produces. So I take the extra step of saving the script to a file and calling it where needed. I also modify it occasionally to change the link display, to a graphic for instance. On the downside, the visitor must have javascript enabled.

There's no perfect solution.

Taking ANY measure against spambots is sure to win the undying adoration and gratitude of your clients. Mine love it.

isn't it a security risk to have the 'To:' address as a GET?

you could send mail to anybody from that script...

The only solution for safely getting an email adress on a webpage is making a *.gif or *.jpg picture of the adress on the page and posting that. Sure, it's a bit annoying to type it over, but I see more and more sites doing it.

Sorry for posting a non-scripting solution, but it's all a code-illiterate like me can add.

You'd be better off with a contact form on a page:
