I'm pretty sure this is fake. Some of them are written well though... Gee 5 AM Maybe... Just possibly... a garbage truck? Of course... the garbage collectors are working for the devil to cover up any sulfer or brimstone that might escape the gate.

Well, I am quite certain that this is a joke, of sorts, but for the life of me, I can't quite determine what the joke actually is

I am sure the author feels quite witty.

I am sure that british citizenship is somehow a prerequisite for agreeing with the author on that issue

I almost thought the site was serious until I read the following Q&C:
