Hi, it's me again.

I've got one of those reoccuring salary questions.

It just might be that I'm going to be one of two managers for the europeean concept creation department in our company, and I'm a bit lost regarding compensation. (and a whole lot more thank you )

The job would include managing about 10-15 people scattered all over northern europe, and we'd be gathering business requirements from all over NE and creating the concepts for online marketing programs, new applications, streamlining of old applications and so on.

We'll then work with the development team to make the magic happen and distribute the outcomes all over Europe (some 30 countries).

Someone got some pointers to give me?
I realize that salaries is different in different countries for these things (my negotiations will be with Germany or France) but any opinion is welcome.
