On the front page where you have 19 1/2 inches long, use the html character for that instead. It will display weird on some machines if you don't. That and it's just bad ju-ju. I agree with Emps on getting rid of the font tags and moving all that to CSS. I don't think that I like the left corner of the page. It's not his picture there is just a seam there that is really distracting. I would put that picture somewhere different and then make that title bar and menu seamless like Emps suggested. Maybe put the pic over top of the Date stuff. You know what, if you moved it there or somewhere else it would be real easy to update that picture as he grows up. Just a thought. On the gallery page you may want to maybe think about laying them out with some type of border around them or something. Something subtle and not too overbearing. And again just like Emps said, have the pictures open into a new window maybe? Something that has a set background over and the picture is in the middle of the window.??. . . Looks like a good start though. I like the Crayon with his name on it. <edit>I can't get it to display the html character for the quote.
