Topic: Is this better?

Hey all.
First off, I'd like to thank those who took the time to review the first version of my site.

Now that that's been said, could you please (if you have the time) review the second version :P ?

The host seems to be somewhat unpredictable... if images are missing, just hit refresh. This is for a school project, so it won't be at this host that much longer. Thanks guys!

I like it but do you really need the first splash page?

The only thing I can think of conserning the layout is that the "text area" doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the page. The navigation bar is "straight lined", while the text area is kinda rough. Maybe keep to one of the two (I would go for the straight line thing, but that is just me ) or make to different layouts?

Can only try it in IE6, so I leave it to the other inmates to check out that part of the page

Two minor things:
1. the splash page as said above...is it really necessary??
2. I totally love 'centered sites'...i think youre site would be even better if you 'center' it and reverse the pattern that you use to the right....so the pattern is on both sides....hope you know what i mean....
