I just don't like it .. to much text crowded all over the place .. no graphics .. and no true color scheme .. you have black text with blue text with white text with maroon text with red text .. it just to crowded .. IMHO the second link .. just like Web said .. Frames SUCK .. get them out of there .. I hate frames .. and hate is a strong word for me .. try a rollover with the links on the right .. and you have two different styles here .. you have wood looking bars at top and bottom .. with water looking graphic to the right .. ummm ..
