The over all layout is 2 col css. with in the 2 cols i have used tables. my aim was to achieve a liquid design funtionally with css and i used the tables just because i am still in the table thing rut i guess (its simpler till you completely unlearn it). i guess i should have said html 4.01 transitional instead of xhtml. xhtml would be stricter. the jump menu was put only to fill up the empty space where it exists(lack of content, ideas).
