As mentioned, you can't have a direct link to a certain page because everything is in the frameset, but, as you said, there's a simple fix. Also, getting stuck in a frame is a problem and you have to be careful with your link targets so you don't inadvertantly get a frame within a frame. Also, bookmarking is the worst thing. Say somebody makes a comment on a section of your site and sends a link to you. What you'll get is a link to the frameset page and not the actual page the person was looking for.
